Our story

Vietnamese hospitality, refined

We started with one goal: to build a Vietnamese hotel brand that could stand alongside the best in the world. Today we run seven properties across the country, from the Old Quarter of Hanoi to the beach at My Khe in Da Nang.

Linh has managed Nesta's flagship Hanoi property since 2018. Before that she spent six years at a five-star hotel in Singapore.

Things people ask before booking

If you can't find what you need here, the contact form below goes straight to our reservations team.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by noon. Early check-in from 10am is available on request and subject to room availability. Late checkout until 4pm can be arranged for an additional fee, or it's complimentary for Grand Suite guests.
Is breakfast included in every room rate?
Yes, all room rates include a daily breakfast served in the hotel restaurant from 6am to 10:30am. It covers both Vietnamese and international options.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We do. All bookings of two nights or more include a complimentary one-way airport pickup in a private vehicle. Return transfers and single-night bookings can be arranged for a flat fee of $15 per transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours incur a one-night fee. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Are your properties accessible for guests with limited mobility?
All Nesta properties have lift access and at least two accessible rooms with wider doorways and walk-in bathrooms. Contact us before booking and we'll make sure the right room is reserved.
Can I book a spa treatment in advance?
Yes, and we recommend it. Treatments fill up quickly, especially on weekends and public holidays. Book through our website or by contacting your property directly.
